Breakfast is the most significant feast of the day. Eating
any type of food is not enough. The body and internal organs need some time to
start their natural work after long hours of rest, so when you begin to eat a heavy
meal will lead to lethargy and laziness. It is suggested that your breakfast should

Avoid eating acidic fruits such as oranges and peaches on an empty stomach as they may cause acidity. Alternatively, you can choose fruit such as apples, bananas, pears and so on. You can add chopped fruits to breakfast cereals or mix them with nuts, seeds, quinoa or oatmeal. Try to add at least one fruit, but not to exceed 3 types of breakfast every day.
-Quinoa:
These protein-rich grains, which contain low
carbohydrate, are an ideal meal for breakfast. They are also gluten free and
are considered to be the least allergenic pills. It is therefore one of the
most important alternatives to rice and wheat. There are many dishes that are

While most people avoid eating nuts, they contain
