Ingredients
- Two cups of finely chopped cabbage
- A glass of grated carrots
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Teaspoon salt, or less to taste
- A tablespoon of vinegar
- A tablespoon of sugar
- ½Cup mayonnaise
- Pinch of black pepper
- Two tablespoons lemon juice
Method of preparation
- Put finely chopped cabbage in a bowl, add carrots to it and stir a little .
- Put in another bowl all of mayonnaise, olive oil, salt, vinegar, sugar, pepper, mayonnaise and lemon juice and shake well until mixed sauce ingredients well .
- Pour the sauce over the cabbage and carrots and stir until the sauce is well mixed with the vegetables and then put in the fridge a little until the flavors are mixed and then the salad is ready to serve .
