Ingredients

  • Two cups of finely chopped cabbage
  • A glass of grated carrots
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • A tablespoon of sugar
  • ½Cup mayonnaise
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • Two tablespoons lemon juice

Method of preparation

  1. Put finely chopped cabbage in a bowl, add carrots to it and stir a little .
  2. Put in another bowl all of mayonnaise, olive oil, salt, vinegar, sugar, pepper, mayonnaise and lemon juice and shake well until mixed sauce ingredients well .
  3. Pour the sauce over the cabbage and carrots and stir until the sauce is well mixed with the vegetables and then put in the fridge a little until the flavors are mixed and then the salad is ready to serve .
