Ingredients
½Chopped flower head
1 grated potato
Finely chopped lettuce
Oil for frying
Spray sumac or pomegranate beads for garnish
To prepare the sauce:
1 tablespoon tahini
3 tablespoons yogurt
1 teaspoon salt
2 cloves garlic, chopped
Method of preparation
- Wash the lettuce, finely chop it, cut the flower, grate the potatoes and set aside .
- Heat the frying oil, fry the pieces of the flower and sprinkle the potatoes until golden .
- Mix in a bowl both tahini, yogurt, salt and garlic and stir until well combined .
- Put the lettuce in the serving dish and arrange the layers according to taste i.e. both the flower, yogurt sauce, tahini, potatoes, sumac workshop and pomegranate kernels so that the salad is ready
