Indian raita salad is a recipe made with yogurt, cucumber and onion, garnished with garlic and ginger and gives a very tasty taste alongside biryani and meatballs.

Ingredients
- Small can of yogurt (quarter cup)
- Pinch of salt
- Teaspoon mint
- 1 cucumber cut into small pieces
- Half a small onion, finely chopped
- Green onion, cut into circles for garnish
- Garlic and ginger Hamsa (crushed garlic / teaspoon grated ginger / coriander seeds / olive oil )
Method of preparation
- Mix yogurt, salt, mint, cucumber and chopped onion together
- In a frying pan, fry the garlic and Ginger Zest in olive oil
- Pour the yogurt into the serving bowl
- Decorate the face with garlic zest and chopped green onions
