The Lebanese fattoush salad is one of the most famous salads in the Levant and is composed of lettuce and other vegetables along with a wonderful marinade of pomegranate molasses, lemon juice and garlic with fried or roasted bread, and we offer you in this recipe the fastest way to prepare the most delicious fattoush .

Ingredients

  • 1 Head of chopped lettuce
  • 2 clip option
  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • Chopped green mint
  • Fresh celandine leaves
  • Radish sliced thinly
  • Chopped green onion
  • Pinch of salt to taste
  • Pomegranate kernels
  • 1 cup fried bread
  • To prepare the sauce:
  • 1 clove of garlic mashed
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon pomegranate molasses
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Method of preparation

  1. Start editing the sauce then the pomegranate molasses in a bowl we mix it with lemon juice and garlic and stir well, then add olive oil and stir until ingredients are completely combined and put them aside .
  2. Put in a bowl both lettuce, cucumber, tomato, mint, onion, radish and green onions, stir the vegetables well, then put the sauce on top of the ingredients and stir well .
  3. Put the vegetables in the serving bowl and then put on top of the pomegranate kernels and fried bread and serve .
