Ingredients
- 1 Head of chopped lettuce
- 2 clip option
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- Chopped green mint
- Fresh celandine leaves
- Radish sliced thinly
- Chopped green onion
- Pinch of salt to taste
- Pomegranate kernels
- 1 cup fried bread
- To prepare the sauce:
- 1 clove of garlic mashed
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon pomegranate molasses
- 3 tbsp olive oil
Method of preparation
- Start editing the sauce then the pomegranate molasses in a bowl we mix it with lemon juice and garlic and stir well, then add olive oil and stir until ingredients are completely combined and put them aside .
- Put in a bowl both lettuce, cucumber, tomato, mint, onion, radish and green onions, stir the vegetables well, then put the sauce on top of the ingredients and stir well .
- Put the vegetables in the serving bowl and then put on top of the pomegranate kernels and fried bread and serve .
