Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped green cabbage
- ½Cup finely chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
- 1 cup chopped red cabbage
- 1 cup cucumber clip
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- To prepare the sauce:
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- ½Teaspoon cumin
Method of preparation
- Cut the green and red cabbage, wash it thoroughly and then drain it from the water .
- Wash parsley, mint, cucumbers and tomatoes and chop to taste .
- Mix in a bowl both olive oil, lemon juice, salt and cumin and set aside .
- Put the colored cabbage in a bowl, add on top of it both tomatoes, cucumbers, parsley and mint, mix well .
- Add lemon sauce and olive oil to the ingredients and stir until well mixed and all vegetables are mixed with the sauce .
- Put the salad in a serving dish and so it is ready .
