Baladi Egyptian salad is a salad prepared mainly by Egyptians as a side dish along with their main dishes, this salad contains various fresh green ingredients such as cucumber, radish, lettuce and others.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons chopped mint
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 small onion (thinly sliced)
- 6 radishes
- 1 cucumber, cut in half, then cut into slices
- 1 green pepper (small slices)
- 3 tomatoes (small slices)
- 1 lettuce (small pieces)
- 2 tbsp of lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Method of preparation
- · In a small bowl, whisk olive oil and lemon juice together. Season well with sea salt and black pepper.
- · Put the remaining ingredients in a salad bowl and my heart well.
- · Put the sauce over the salad and whisk well. And healthy!
