Ingredients
½Cup fine bulgur
½Cup olive oil
2 cups finely chopped parsley
1 finely chopped onion or green onion
½Cup finely chopped green mint
3 finely chopped tomatoes
Juice of 2 lemons
Salt and black pepper to taste
Lettuce and pomegranate leaves for garnish
Method of preparation
- We begin to soak the bulgur with lemon juice so that the acid is well absorbed and the flavor is distributed in the tabbouleh .
- Put in a bowl both parsley, onions, mint and tomatoes and stir until the ingredients are well mixed .
- Add the barrel after that absorbs the acid and stir until blended perfectly with the rest of the ingredients .
- Add salt, pepper and olive oil, stir and then put tabbouleh in the serving dish and decorate with lettuce leaves and pomegranate so that the tabbouleh dish is ready to serve .
