Ingredients
½Cup mushrooms
½Cup corn kernels
½Green bell pepper
½Red bell pepper
To prepare the sauce:
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 tablespoons yogurt
1 teaspoon sugar
Pinch of salt
Method of preparation
- Wash the vegetables any mushrooms and colored Turkey pepper and cut the sliced mushrooms and diced turkey pepper .
- Mix in a bowl both yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, sugar and salt and stir until the sauce ingredients are completely mixed .
- We put the ingredients on top of the sauce i.e. mushrooms, green and red Turkey pepper, corn .
