Ingredients
- 10 prickly ground kernels cut into cubes
- 1 onion, diced
- 6 cloves garlic, mashed
- Lemon juice
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½Cup diced carrots
- ½Cup peas
- ½Cup corn
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Method of preparation
- We boil the ground spiny and let it cool and then cut it into cubes .
- Put the olive oil in a saucepan and add the onion and garlic and stir for minutes until golden brown onions .
- Add frozen vegetables and stir well until heated, then add salt and leave the ingredients for two minutes .
