Pasta bean salad, this salad has different flavors than the well-known pasta salads it consists of pasta, white beans and fresh vegetables with a very distinctive sauce that does not contain mayonnaise .

Ingredients
- 3 tsp salt
- 1 lb pasta
- 7 tbsp olive oil
- 2 pack (15 oz) white beans
- Sprinkle 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ½Teaspoon ground black pepper
- Cherry tomatoes chopped
- 2 celery sticks
- ½Red onion, sliced
- ½Cup chopped fresh parsley
Method of preparation
- We bring a bowl, fill it with water, add to it 2 tsp salt, let it boil, then add the pasta, stir for 8 minutes and then halve .
- Transfer pasta to a large bowl and see it 3 tablespoon of olive oil and then add the beans and lemon zest pasta hot and love you so softly blend the ingredients well and leave it aside to cool .
- We begin to prepare the sauce, mix in a bowl both vinegar, mustard, 1 tsp salt and pepper, put 4 tbsp oil gradually and stir until the ingredients are completely mixed .
- Pour the sauce over the pasta and beans and stir well then add the tomatoes, celery, onion, parsley, and stir the ingredients together and become ready for delivery .
