
Salad of arugula, beetroot is rich in benefits they are composed of mixed vegetables with delicious dressing of pomegranate molasses, salt, cumin, and olive oil and is suitable for window and in all times as a snack nutritious, saturated and can be served alongside many of the main dishes and grills .

Ingredients
- Bouquet of watercress
- 1 small tomato, diced
- 1 beetroot cut into cubes
- ½Cup parchment
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon pomegranate molasses
- Salt to taste
- Spray sumac
Method of preparation
- Put in a bowl all of pomegranate molasses, olive oil and a pinch of salt and stir until ingredients are mixed well .
- We wash the vegetables well and while we boil the beetroot we begin to chop the tomatoes .
- Cut the beetroot into small cubes, add it over the arugula and tomatoes and stir .
- Add the marinade mix i.e. pomegranate molasses, oil and salt and stir the salad ingredients until combined .
- Put the salad in a serving dish and so it is ready .
