- 2 boiled beets
- ½Teaspoon salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- Halloumi cheese cut into small cubes
- ½Cup lemon juice
- ½Cup olive oil
- ½Cup chopped parsley
Method of preparation
- Keep the beets in a deep saucepan filled with water and then put it on high heat until cooked and become soft .
- After it has cooled we take two beets, cut it into small cubes and set aside in a bowl .
- Squeeze the lemon and chop the parsley finely or coarsely to taste .
- Add lemon juice, parsley, olive oil, salt and pepper over the beets and stir until the ingredients are well combined .
