Ingredients
- 230 g fusilli spiral pasta
- 6 cups chopped lettuce leaves
- ½Cup Parmesan sprinkle
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- To prepare toast:
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp melted unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- ½Teaspoon dried oregano
- ½Teaspoon dried basil
- ½Teaspoon garlic powder
- Diced croutons
To prepare the sauce:
- ½Cup mayonnaise
- ½Cup Parmesan
- ½Cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 anchovy fillet chopped
- 2 cloves garlic mashed
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Method of preparation
- We heat the oven to a temperature of 400 Fahrenheit .
- Mix in a small bowl olive oil, butter, parsley, oregano, basil and garlic powder and stir well .
- Put the cubes of bread in the form of a single layer in the oven tray, add the olive oil mixture and stir gently until the bread acquires flavors and then put the tray in the oven for 4-5 minutes until the bread is roasted and golden and crispy then set aside .
- Mix mayonnaise, Parmesan, lemon juice, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, fish, garlic, salt and pepper and stir until the sauce ingredients are completely mixed .
- Boil the pasta in salted boiling water according to the instructions of the envelope, then halve and let cool aside .
- Put the lettuce leaves in the salad plate then put the pasta, parmesan, salt and pepper then pour the sauce and stir until the ingredients are well mixed and serve after decorating with toast.
