
Canned sardine salad, easy and nutritious salad it consists of watercress, sardines, onions, tarragon and Clementina with roasted pumpkin seeds, a sauce of vinegar, lemon juice and oil; an easy dish that takes only 20 minutes to prepare .

Ingredients
- Sprinkle with juice ½ lemon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 cups chopped arugula
- ½Red onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp fresh tarragon chopped
- 2 Clementina tablets
- 1 pack 100g olive oil sardines
- 3 tbsp roasted pumpkin seeds
- Vinegar + oil + spices to taste
Method of preparation
- Mix in a bowl both Borsch, lemon juice and olive oil, sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste and stir well .
- Arrange watercress cafe with red onion and tarragon in a serving dish .
- On top of the ingredients put pieces of Clementina, sardines and roasted pumpkin seeds, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle with olive oil, vinegar and any kind of seasoning you prefer, then the salad bowl is ready to serve .
