How to make chickpea salad with vegetables

  • 2 pack (425 g) chickpeas
  • 2 pack (425 g) black beans
  • ½Cup chopped fresh mint
  • ½Cup chopped fresh parsley
  • ½Cup chopped onion
  • Cherry tomatoes chopped
  • 1 spicy green pepper finely chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic mashed
  • ½Cup olive oil
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 5 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation

  1. Mix in a bowl both chickpeas, black beans, mint, parsley, onions and chopped tomatoes and stir well .
  2. We put all green peppers, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice and apple cider vinegar in a blender and thank him until ingredients are completely combined .
  3. Pour the sauce over the salad ingredients and stir until the flavors mix well then sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste and stir well then put the salad in a serving dish and serve .
