
Chinese noodle salad is easy and quick to prepare as it is ready in 20 minutes this recipe came from Thai cuisine famous for its wonderful foods it consists of noodles, vegetables and shrimp with a special sauce that you will love very much.

Ingredients
- To prepare the sauce:
- ½Cup lemon juice
- 3 tbsp fish sauce
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp hot sauce
- 2 cloves garlic mashed
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- To prepare salad:
- 10 oz noodles
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 2 tomatoes, cut into small slices
- 1 carrot clip
- 4 green onions
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 1 chopped red pepper
- 1 pack of cooked shrimp
- 1 cup coarsely chopped coriander
- ½Cup coarsely chopped basil
- ½Cup chopped peanuts or cashews
Method of preparation
- Boil the noodles for 7 minutes until cooked and soft then half and add the bean sprouts over the hot noodles and stir gently then put them under cold water so that they do not stick together and half again .
- Put the noodles and sprouts in a large salad bowl, add the tomatoes, carrots, green onions, bell peppers, shrimp and coriander and stir until the ingredients are well combined .
- Add half as much sauce as basil, peanuts or cashews, stir, taste and add more sauce if necessary depending on the amount of noodles .
- Put the salad in a serving dish and garnish with basil, coriander and nuts
