Cold green bean salad is healthy and very tasty and characterized by its delicious colors as it contains corn, pepper colors and others with the characteristic taste of pickle with lemon juice in an easy and fast way .

Ingredients
½Kg green beans
1 green bell pepper chopped
1 red bell pepper chopped
½Cup corn
2 chopped green onions
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1 teaspoon salt
3 tbsp olive oil
2 pieces pickled chopped cucumber
1 piece pickled chilli chopped
Lemon juice
Method of preparation
- Chop the green beans, boil them with water until soft and then drain well from the water and set aside .
- Put the beans in a bowl and on top of them corn, cucumber pickle, chili, green onions and parsley.
- Cut the colored peppers, put them in a pan with olive oil, stir until they wilt and then add to the rest of the ingredients .
- Add lemon juice and salt and stir the salad ingredients well .
- Put the salad in a serving dish and so it is ready .
