Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup boiled or canned corn
- 1 cup diced green pepper
- ½Cup black olive slices
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- ½Teaspoon salt
Method of preparation
- Cut the olives into slices, then cut the green pepper into small cubes and set aside .
- Put in a bowl both boiled or canned corn with chopped green pepper and slices of black olives .
- On top we add vinegar and the required amount of mayonnaise and stir the ingredients well .
