- 2 large eggplants cut into circles
- Oil for frying
- To prepare yogurt sauce:
- 2 cups yogurt
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 clove of garlic mashed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- For decorating:
- Toasted pine nuts
- Parsley or chopped mint
- 1 loaf of bread chopped
Method of preparation
