Ingredients
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 green pepper
- 4 green onions
- ½Cup chopped parsley
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tbsp coarse chopped walnuts
- 1 ½ teaspoon sumac
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp pomegranate molasses
Method of preparation
- We begin to wash the vegetables thoroughly and then chop them to taste .
- Add tomatoes, green peppers, white and green onions and parsley to the mixing bowl .
- Add salt and stir the ingredients together well .
- Add sumac, olive oil and pomegranate molasses and stir until the ingredients and flavors are perfectly combined .
- Put the salad in a serving dish and so it is ready .
