  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 green pepper
  • 4 green onions
  • ½Cup chopped parsley
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tbsp coarse chopped walnuts
  • 1 ½ teaspoon sumac
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp pomegranate molasses

Method of preparation

  1. We begin to wash the vegetables thoroughly and then chop them to taste .
  2. Add tomatoes, green peppers, white and green onions and parsley to the mixing bowl .
  3. Add salt and stir the ingredients together well .
  4. Add sumac, olive oil and pomegranate molasses and stir until the ingredients and flavors are perfectly combined .
  5. Put the salad in a serving dish and so it is ready .
