Greek chicken salad, used in Greek chicken salad is a simple sauce that tastes great without any calories, consisting of grilled chicken, whole wheat bread and apricots .

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup dried apricots
- ½Cup orange juice
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dry oregano
- 1 clove of garlic
- Salt and ground black pepper
- 3 chicken breasts
- 2 loaves of whole wheat bread
- 6 cups chopped lettuce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp dried hot pepper rings
- 1 grain cucumber
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
Method of preparation
- Heat the grill over medium heat and grease with oil . Create apricot and orange juice in a bowl and put in microwave for about 3 minutes, until the apricots are tender, then put it aside .
- Mix the lemon juice, vinegar, oregano, garlic, ½ teaspoon salt and a little pepper and gradually add the olive oil, season the chicken with 2 tbsp of the mixture with ½ teaspoon salt and a little pepper . Roast the chicken until cooked on both sides for 5 minutes, then chop .
- Grease the bread with a little sauce, roast from both ends and cut into triangles . Mix lettuce, tomatoes, chili peppers, cucumbers and sauce until well combined .
