Grilled red pepper salad is a change from the salads we are used to, its delicious and simple ingredients are red pepper, parsley, dill, marinade of olive oil and lemon juice stir and serve .

Ingredients
- 5 red peppers
- 3 tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp dill
- Juice of half a lemon
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- 2 cloves garlic mashed
- For decorating:
- Chopped walnuts
- Mint leaves
Method of preparation
- Cut the red pepper in half and arrange it on butter paper in the oven tray and then roast it in the oven at 200 degrees for a quarter of an hour .
- We take out the pepper, let it cool, then gently remove the peel, chop and put in a bowl .
- Add the parsley, dill, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and garlic and stir well .
- Put the salad in a serving dish and decorate with chopped walnuts and mint leaves so that the salad is ready to serve .
