How to make Italian watercress salad

Italian arugula salad, a wonderful vegetable dish of arugula, lemon juice, along with grated parmigian on the face. A rich exquisite meal served with recipes of meat, rice or potatoes.

  • - 2 bunch of arugula, washed, dried and coarsely chopped
  •  ½ Cup extra virgin olive oil
  • - ½Lemon, squeezed
  • - Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • - A piece of Parmesan cheese.

Method of preparation

  1. In a serving dish, put the arugula prepared chop it, sprinkle over it oil, squeeze half the lemon and then salt and pepper.
  2. Stir until well mixed and taste to adjust the flavor.
  3. Use a vegetable peeler to skin a piece of cheese on the face. Serve the dish and enjoy.
