Italian arugula salad, a wonderful vegetable dish of arugula, lemon juice, along with grated parmigian on the face. A rich exquisite meal served with recipes of meat, rice or potatoes.

Ingredients
- - 2 bunch of arugula, washed, dried and coarsely chopped
- ½ Cup extra virgin olive oil
- - ½Lemon, squeezed
- - Salt and freshly ground pepper
- - A piece of Parmesan cheese.
Method of preparation
- In a serving dish, put the arugula prepared chop it, sprinkle over it oil, squeeze half the lemon and then salt and pepper.
- Stir until well mixed and taste to adjust the flavor.
- Use a vegetable peeler to skin a piece of cheese on the face. Serve the dish and enjoy.
