Ingredients
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 clove of garlic mashed
- ½Cup mint leaves
- ½Cup chopped cucumber
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Method of preparation
- Mix in a bowl both yogurt and lemon juice until well combined .
- Peel the garlic, mash it, stir with the yogurt and lemon juice mixture and set aside .
- Finely chop the mint, add over the yogurt mixture, stir well, then sprinkle with salt and black pepper and stir until all the salad ingredients are perfectly combined .
- Put the salad in the fridge for a while to show the flavors, then decorate with olive oil and fresh mint leaves and serve .
