Mushroom and parsley salad is a quick and delicious salad that you can prepare along with a lot of dishes, its ingredients are easy and it tastes very tasty .

Ingredients
- ½Kg fresh mushrooms sliced
- 1 small onion chopped
- Juice of 2 lemons
- ½Cup finely chopped parsley
- Salt to taste
- ½Teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- Pinch of red pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Method of preparation
- Put vegetable oil and olive oil in a pan, add the onion and stir until it wilts .
- Add the mushrooms, stir and let them wilt, stirring occasionally .
- Add both salt, black pepper, oregano, red pepper and half the amount of lemon juice and stir well .
- We leave the ingredients on low heat until all the ingredients are cooked and tender .
- Turn off the fire, add parsley, stir and let cool completely .
- After it cools add the lemon juice and a little olive oil and dish with parsley and lemon slices taste so be ready .
