Ingredients
- 2 cups uncooked pasta
- ½Cup chopped green peppers
- ½Cup chopped fresh tomatoes
- ½Cup chopped pepperoni
- ½Cup salami cubes
- ½Cup sliced olives
- 60 g provolone cheese diced
- ½Cup chopped onion
- To prepare the sauce:
- ½Cup vegetable oil
- ½Cup vinegar
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ½Teaspoon black pepper
Method of preparation
- Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the envelope, put it under cold water, halve well and put in a large bowl .
- Add pepper, tomatoes, pepperoni, salami, olives, cheese and onions to the bowl and stir until the ingredients are completely mixed .
- Put the sauce ingredients i.e. oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, oregano and black pepper in another bowl and mix well together then pour the sauce over the pasta and stir until all the flavors are well mixed and then put in the serving plates .
