Ingredients
- 1 cup fine bulgur
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 chopped tomato
- 1 cup chopped parsley
- ½Cup chopped green mint
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 clove of garlic mashed
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½Teaspoon salt
- ½Teaspoon pepper
- ½Teaspoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon hot pepper
- 1 tablespoon pomegranate molasses
- 1 tablespoon Lord of tomatoes
Method of preparation
- Put the bulgur in a bowl and soak with boiling water for 15 minutes until the barrel of water .
- In another deep bowl, mix the tomatoes, parsley, mint, onion and garlic, add the bulgur and stir well .
- Pour lemon juice, oil, add salt, pepper, cumin and stir a little .
- Add the chili paste, pomegranate molasses and pulp of tomatoes and stir until the ingredients are mixed with each other .
- Put the salad in a suitable dish and decorate with tomatoes and parsley ready to serve .
