Ingredients
1 ½ cup leeks (onion species) sliced
4 tbsp peanut oil
2 cups cooked and chopped turkey meat
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1 spicy green pepper chopped
Handful of coriander leaves and chopped mint
Method of preparation
- Soak½cup of leek in cold water for 10 minutes, then halve and set aside .
