  • 2 fresh arugula bouquet

  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon pomegranate molasses
  • Black olive rings to taste

Method of preparation

  1. Wash watercress thoroughly, and put it in a serving dish.
  2. Add onions, tomatoes, mushrooms and olives.
  3. Sprinkle salt and sumac.
  4. Spread the lemon juice on the plate.
