
Alfatoush with pomegranate molasses, is a salad from the Levant, great in the hot atmosphere. This recipe uses two components, unusual, sky oleracea, heaven bless the ground and gives the sour taste the watercress which give the beautiful green color of the authority .

Ingredients
- ½Cup lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic mashed
- 2 teaspoons sumac powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons pomegranate molasses
- Lettuce cut into small pieces
- 1 medium-sized cucumber clip
- 2 large tomatoes, chopped
- 2 chopped green onions
- ½Cup chopped fresh parsley
- ½Cup chopped fresh mint
- Green pepper Horn without seeds and chopped
- Cup of chopped celandine
- Croutons cut into small pieces
Method of preparation
- Mix lemon, garlic, sumac and salt . Refrigerate until ready to use
- In a large bowl, mix the lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, green onions, parsley, and mint green pepper oleracea.
- Mix them with spices and serve with toast.
- Spread pomegranate molasses on the face to get the original Fatoush flavor .
