Ingredients

- ½Cup pineapple juice
- ½Cup white sugar
- 2 tsp Peking powder
- ½Teaspoon vanilla
- 1 ½ cup flour
Method of preparation
- We put the sugar on low heat without stirring and leave it until it acquires a golden color and then start stirring it and continue until it completely melts and becomes caramel .
- Pour the caramel into the cake mold and set aside .
- Put in a bowl both eggs, sugar and vanilla and beat with an electric whisk until the ingredients are well combined and the mixture becomes creamy .
- Add oil and juice and beat the ingredients well .
- NT flour with salt and baking powder and add the dry ingredients over the liquid and more based manual in one direction until ingredients are completely combined .
