Method of preparation

  1. We put the sugar on low heat without stirring and leave it until it acquires a golden color and then start stirring it and continue until it completely melts and becomes caramel .
  2. Pour the caramel into the cake mold and set aside .
  3. Put in a bowl both eggs, sugar and vanilla and beat with an electric whisk until the ingredients are well combined and the mixture becomes creamy .
  4. Add oil and juice and beat the ingredients well .
