Ingredients
- 1 kg potatoes
- 400 g tuna
- 25 g anchovy fillet
- 4-5 chopped green onions
- Green beans or asparagus chopped and cooked

Method of preparation
- Put the potatoes in a bowl filled with water and boil for 10 minutes until soft, then halve and set aside in a large bowl until cool .
- Cut the potatoes and put them in a serving dish, then add the tuna and anchovies, onions, green beans, green peas and chopped .
- Sprinkle a little olive oil and vinegar over the salad ingredients in the serving dish, sprinkle salt and ground black pepper to taste and stir the ingredients until well mixed, then put the pieces of hard-boiled eggs in the serving dish over the salad so that the delicious fish and tuna salad is ready to serve .
