Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 pepper chopped
- ½Head of chopped lettuce
- ½Cup chopped cabbage
- ½Cup chopped parsley
- ½Cup chopped coriander
- 2 chopped green onion stalks
- ½Cup roasted nuts
- ½Kg grilled chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Method of preparation
- Season the chicken with lemon, onion, soy sauce and garlic .
- Cut the chicken into soft longitudinal slices, transfer it to a serving dish .
- Stir the chicken with lettuce, coriander, parsley, cabbage and bell pepper .
- Sprinkle with nuts, add lemon juice to the salad if necessary .
