How Cinnabon roll works

Cinnabon sweet is very tasty, which is a dough stuffed with sugar, cocoa, cinnamon and butter placed in the oven and when cooked we take it out and pour it sweetened condensed milk, adored by adults and children and considered a hearty meal and taste of cinnamon irresistible.

  • ½Cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon yeast
  • ½Cup liquid butter
  • 2 cups flour
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • ½Teaspoon vanilla
  • Pinch of salt
  • To prepare the filling:
  • Liquid butter for fat
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa
  • For decorating:
  • Can of sweetened condensed milk
  • Caramel sauce

Method of preparation

  1. In a bowl, put the milk and add the sugar and yeast and stir the ingredients until completely cover the mixture and leave it to ferment a quarter of an hour .
  2. Add butter, eggs, vanilla, and a pinch of salt and stir well .
  3. Add the flour and knead well until the consistency of the dough becomes homogeneous and let it ferment for half an hour .
  4. Spread the dough with a rolling pin in the form of a rectangle, grease it with butter, add the filling consisting of sugar, cinnamon and cocoa after mixing well and distribute evenly .
  5. Roll the dough in the form of a cylinder and divide it into equal thick circular pieces .
  6. Grease the Pyrex with butter and half the Cinnabon pieces, leaving a distance between each piece, then cover and leave for ten minutes .
  7. We put the dish into the oven at 180 degrees for ten minutes .
  8. We take out the dish, pour it sweetened condensed milk and leave it to cool and the Cinnabon is ready to serve .
