  • ½Cup melted butter

  • 1 tablespoon warm water
  • ½Cup roasted hazelnuts
  • To prepare coffee cream:
  • ½Cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoon instant coffee
  • Hazelnuts or any kind of nuts for decorating

Method of preparation

  1. We heat the oven to a temperature of 180 C and then grease the mold with butter and sprinkle with flour .
  2. Roast the hazelnuts until golden and then set aside until they cool and then remove the outer shell and chop .
  3. Beat both butter and sugar together with an electric whisk until the mixture rises and then gradually add the eggs and beat well after each addition .
  4. Sift flour and baking powder, add coffee and warm water, add to mix with chopped hazelnuts and mix until all cake ingredients are completely mixed .
  5. Put the cake mixture in the mold and put it in the oven for 20-25 minutes then remove the cake from the oven and let it cool aside .
  6. Beat the butter, sugar and coffee and decorate the cake with hazelnuts or any nuts to taste so that the coffee cake is ready to serve .
