Exotic cream of sweets known everywhere and loved by all members of the family in the holy month of Ramadan and holidays and can be prepared at any time for the family and your guests and no need to buy them they are easy and their ingredients are simple and their taste will be delicious more than the ready ones .

  • 3 ½ cup sifted flour
  • 1 cup fine sugar
  • 1 cup plumper
  • Cream
  • 1 tbsp diameter
  • Milkshakes.

Method of preparation

  1. Sift the flour into a bowl, add the fat and diameter and mix the ingredients until well combined .
  2. We add sugar over the flour and mix the ingredients until we have a cohesive dough.
  3. Knead well, cover the dough, put in the refrigerator and leave for an hour .
  4. After the dough has rested we take it out and cut it into small balls and then put the cream filling inside and put it in the mold, and repeat the process until the amount is over .
  5. Decorate the shortbread pieces with pistachios then put them in a tray and put them in the oven over medium heat for 10-15 minutes until golden and ready to serve .
