  • 1 egg
  • ½Cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon Peking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Peking soda
  • ½Cup cocoa
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • ½Cup vegetable oil
  • ½Tsp Nescafe
  • ½Teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup hot water
  • For cake watering (ganache layer):
  • ½Cup chocolate sprinkle
  • ½Cup hot liquid cream
  • Qatar
  • To prepare the pudding:
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ½Cup powdered sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp chocolate sprinkles
  • ½Teaspoon vanilla
  • To prepare the chocolate layer:
  • ½Cup chocolate sprinkle
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • For decorating:
  • Cocoa powder

Method of preparation

  1. Sift in a bowl both flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and sugar and stir .
  2. Add the oil, Nescafe, egg, vanilla and hot water and beat until the cake ingredients are completely mixed .
  3. Paint tray cake and put more in it and put it in the oven at 180 for about 25-30 minutes until cooked and leave to cool aside .
  4. Prepare the ganache, melt the chocolate with hot cream and stir until the mixture is homogeneous .
  5. Grease the cake in diameter, pour the ganache, stretch it evenly and put it in the refrigerator .
  6. We begin to prepare the pudding, put in a bowl both cornstarch, cocoa, sugar and salt and stir .
  7. Add the milk, stir well, then put the mixture on the fire until it warms up a little, then add the chocolate sprinkle and continue stirring until the consistency thickens .
  8. Add vanilla, stir, turn off the fire and let the mixture cool slightly .
  9. We remove the cake from the fridge, put the pudding on top, level its surface and return it to the fridge .
  10. Melt the chocolate and butter in the water steam while continuing to stir, put this last layer on top of the pudding and place in the fridge for at least two or three hours .
  11. Decorate with cocoa powder so that the Dream Cake is ready to serve .
