  • 1 ½ cup of warm liquid milk
  • 2 teaspoons yeast
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 finger butter (100 g) dissolved
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 4 ½ cup white flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½Cup of white sugar

Method of preparation

  1. Keep liquid milk in a bowl and add the melted butter and sugar and stir well .
  2. Add the eggs and stir the ingredients until well mixed or can be placed in the perineum electric .
  3. Put the flour in a bowl, add the vanilla and salt, mix well and then put on top of the liquid ingredients and knead the ingredients well until the dough forms and then knead for 10 minutes .

  5. Sprinkle flour on a flat surface and then put the dough on it, sprinkle with flour and stretch it to remain slightly thick .

  7. Put butter paper on a tray, arrange doughnut circles, cover with a clean cloth and let it brew for about half an hour .
  8. Put the frying oil in a deep frying pan and then warm it up a little and fry the donuts over medium to low heat to cook from the inside as well .
  9. After that golden brown from the bottom, turning it back and leave it until the color of the other party, and then drain the oil and put it on a dish in which the paper towels .
  10. Decorate doughnuts with powdered sugar or chocolate cream to taste and serve .
