How the marble cake works

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • 1 cup milk

Method of preparation

  1. Put the eggs in a deep bowl, add the vanilla, lemon zest and orange and mix the ingredients with an electric mixer until combined .

  3. Add the oil and mix it with the ingredients well .
  4. Add milk and yogurt and mix for two minutes .
  5. In a colander over the bowl, sift the clay with a pinch of salt and baking powder gradually, continuing to whisk .
  6. Pour almost a third of the mixture into another bowl, add cocoa to it and mix well .
  7. Grease the cake mold with oil, sprinkle a little flour, then put a small amount of white mixture, then black and so on until our quantity ends .
  8. Enter next to the oven at 180 degrees for half an hour .
  9. Leave to cool and ready to serve .
