  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Cream cheese ½ kg
  • Butter 3 tablespoons

  • Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
  • Grated lemon peel
  • Blueberry or freeze

Method of preparation

  1. Mix the biscuits with butter well .
  2. Distribute the mixture in the mold for small cheesecakes.
  3. We begin to prepare the sauce by mixing cream cheese with sugar, eggs, vanilla, lemon juice and grated peel .
  4. Spread the mixture over the biscuit layer .
  5. Put the mixture in the oven for half an hour at a temperature of 160 .
  6. We take the mold out of the oven, put the pieces in a serving dish, decorate with berries or friezes and are ready to serve .
