Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of orange juice

Method of preparation
- Heat the oven to 180 degrees and then grease the cake mold with oil and sprinkle with flour .
- Sift flour, baking powder and salt and stir until the dry ingredients mix well with each other .
- Put in another bowl both oil, juice, sugar, vanilla, orange zest and eggs and beat with an electric whisk until the ingredients are well combined .
- Place the liquid mixture on top of the dry ingredients and beat well until the ingredients of the cake mix are completely mixed .
- Put the cake mixture in the mold and put it in the oven over high heat for 10 minutes and then leave the cake over medium to low heat until the cake is completely cooked .
- Get out the cake from the oven and let cool thoroughly then put them in a serving dish and thus be ready .
