Donut is a wonderful and delicious dessert and we will give in our recipe an easy and distinctive way to prepare Donuts in addition to a distinctive filling of cream Patisserie, which can be replaced with chocolate or cream as desired and even can be served without filling so that it is lighter and less expensive and is composed of milk, eggs ,butter,

  • Preparation time: 30 minutes
  • Cooking time: 15 minutes
  • Total time: 45 minutes


  • 1 cup liquid milk
  • 1 egg
  • ½Teaspoon vanilla
  • ½Cup sugar
  • ½Cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon yeast
  • 2 ½ cup flour
  • To prepare the filling:
  • ½Cup cream Patisserie
  • ½Cup milk
  • ½Cup liquid cream

Method of preparation

  1. Put in a deep bowl the milk, add the egg and vanilla and mix with a hand blender until the ingredients are homogeneous .
  2. Add sugar and whisk with the ingredients until completely dissolved .
  3. Add the butter and continue whisking to blend the ingredients together well .
  4. Add the yeast and continue in secret .
  5. Gradually add the flour and mix well with the ingredients to get a soft, cohesive dough .
  6. Cover the bowl and leave the dough to it for at least an hour .
  7. In another bowl we put the cream patisserie and pour it milk and beat them with electric mixer well then add the liquid cream to get a homogeneous creamy consistency and the filling is ready .
  8. Spread the dough and cut it into slightly thick circular discs and fry in abundant oil over medium heat until the dough is cooked from the inside before it acquires the desired golden color .
  9. We immerse the doughnut pieces with sugar when they are hot and then open a small hole and stuff them with the cream that we prepared through the bag of confectioners so that the doughnut is ready to serve .
