Ingredients:
- 4 cups water
- 1 cup Roselle leaves
- 1 ½ cup sugar
- 2 cups ice
Method of preparation:
- In a saucepan put a glass of water and half a cup of sugar and add hibiscus and leave it on medium fire to boil well.
- Leave it for 4 hours to cool and the hibiscus leaves drink water.
- Halve the hibiscus leaves with a strainer and take the extract.
- Add water and sugar and stir them until the sugar is completely dissolved and put it in the refrigerator for about two hours.
