Healthy banana smoothie ingredients:

  • Cranberry Cup
  • 3/4 cup very cold yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Very cold milk cup
  • 2 chilled bananas in the fridge
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • Corn salt
  • 3 ice cubes

Method of action of smoothie banana and cranberry:

  1. place the serving cups in the fridge until the smoothie is ready.
  2. Wash The Cranberries thoroughly and strain.
  3. peel the bananas and cut into medium pieces.
  4. in a blender put all ingredients except ice and mix for 2 minutes only.
  5. Add ice and mix with a blender to get a smooth homogeneous mixture.
  6. pour into cold cups and serve immediately.
