How soy milk works with coffee

How to prepare soy milk with coffee:

  1. Sprinkle the gelatin powder over 2 tablespoons of cold water in a cup or small bowl and leave for 5 minutes or until smooth.
  2.  Meanwhile, mix the condensed milk and soy milk in a small pan and heat them over medium heat, do not let them boil, put on top of them the gelatin mixture, cook, stir for 2 minutes, or until the gelatin dissolves, and refrigerate at room temperature.
  3. Divide them between 6 glass cups, put them in the refrigerator for 6 hours or overnight, so that the jelly settles only slightly.
  4. Mix the date sugar and 400 ml of water in a small pan and let them slowly boil over medium heat, stir them until the sugar dissolves, reduce the heat to weak, let them boil for 5 minutes, or until slightly thickened, add coffee and cook them for 2 more minutes, remove them from the fire and refrigerate at room temperature.
  5. Filter the drink with a strainer, so that it gets rid of hard pieces, and then put in the refrigerator until it cools.
  6.  Pour some syrup over the jelly, serve next to the remaining syrup, and enjoy.
