
Anise biscuits without eggs of crackers loved by young and old and characterized by being easy and fast to prepare and does not need effort where the dough is formed with flour, butter, sugar and anise and then cut and placed in the oven and thus ready to serve with milk or tea .

Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- ½Cup anise love
- 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 ½ teaspoon vanilla
- ½Teaspoon salt
- 2 cups butter (or ½ cup fat + ½cup oil)
Method of preparation
- Sift flour and baking powder and set aside in a bowl .
- Put in a bowl both sugar and butter and beat until the mixture rises, then add the anise and vanilla .
- Put the flour mixture on top of the butter mixture and mix well until the dough forms .
- We protect the oven and then spread the dough and cut it in the shapes we want and then put it in the oven tray and leave it in it for about 10 minutes until the biscuit becomes crispy, crisp and Golden.
- Then turn on the oven grill until the biscuits are browned from above and ready to serve .
