Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 4 jelly envelopes
  • 6 cups water
  • 2 cups white flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tsp Peking powder
  • ½Cup liquid milk
  • ½Cup vegetable oil
  • Banana clip

Method of preparation

  1. Put the eggs in a bowl and beat well with an electric whisk until the mixture rises, then add the vanilla and sugar and whisk well .
  2. Add oil and mix well .
  3. Sift both flour and baking powder, add to the mixture and whisk until the ingredients are mixed .
  4. Gradually add the milk and continue whisking until the cake ingredients mix well with each other .
  5. Heat the oven to 180 degrees, then grease the mold with oil, put the cake mixture in it and put it in the oven 25-30 minutes until cooked and according to the type of oven .
  6. We take out the cake and let it cool well .
  7. Melt the jelly powder with boiling water and then put half the amount with the banana on top of the cake and put in the refrigerator for a quarter of an hour .
  8. We take out the cake, put the rest of the jelly and return it to the refrigerator until the jelly layer is completely solid and the jelly cake is ready to serve .
