Ingredients
- 6 peeled and chopped garlic heads
- ½Cup mayonnaise
- 5 boiled chicken fillet cut into small pieces
- 6 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- A teaspoon of mustard
- A tablespoon of lemon juice
- Salt
- Ground black pepper
- ½Cup olive oil
- 4 cups old bread, diced
- Lettuce cut small pieces
Method of preparation
- Mash 3 heads of garlic, mix with mayonnaise in a small bowl, chicken and two tablespoons of cheese and Worcestershire sauce, mustard and lemon juice. Put the salt and black pepper to taste.
- Put in the refrigerator until ready for use.
