How to make a cake with batsière cream is easy

There are many types of cake that can be prepared and our Recipe Cake is the usual fragile cake but what distinguishes it is the creamy filling that is placed in it is composed of eggs, sugar, milk, oil, flour, etc .


To prepare the cake:

  • 3 eggs
  • ½Cup sugar
  • ½Cup liquid milk
  • ½Cup oil
  • 1 ½ cup sifted flour
  • 2 tsp Peking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • To prepare the creamy filling:
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • ½Cup sugar
  • 500 ml liquid milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • For decorating:
  • Jelly or chocolate sauce

Method of preparation

  1. Put the eggs in a bowl, add the sugar and beat the ingredients with an electric whisk until well mixed .
  2. Add liquid milk and oil and beat until the ingredients are completely mixed with each other .
  3. Add the flour after the palm with the baking powder and vanilla and whisk until the cake ingredients are well combined .
  4. Grease the cake mold with fat, sprinkle it with flour and put the mixture in it .
  5. Heat the oven at 170 degrees and place the cake in it for 35 minutes until cooked, then remove and let cool aside .
  6. In a deep saucepan, place the egg, flour, sugar and milk and whisk well .
  7. Put the pot on high heat and continue stirring until it boils and the mixture becomes thick .
  8. Turn off the fire, add the butter and vanilla and stir until the butter melts with it .
  9. Leave the mixture aside until it cools completely and then divide the cake crosswise, put the filling on top of the first layer and cover with the second cake layer .
  10. Decorate the cake face to taste and place the cake in the fridge until it cools and holds well .
  11. We take out the cake and cut it so that it is ready to serve .
